Manager, Field Operations

Responsibilities
- Oversee the adherence to operational processes at all sites to maintain maximum performance and productivity.
- Project manage and own the setup of new site offices to ensure Teams have the necessary tools.
- Assist and provide guidance to Site staff on technical matters and act as a Level 2 escalation point in emergency service situations.
- Work closely with Construction, Start-up, Property Management, Sales and Décor staff and act as a lead in providing input for on-going enhancements to processes and reporting requirements.
- Spearhead the performance management for site teams, providing timely feedback for improvement.
- Coach Customer Care Teams, to support the development of employees.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Arts or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of progressive management experience in a similar role with a proven ability to manage employees at various levels
- Experience in the residential construction industry is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Tarion and the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act
- A flexible, upbeat and energetic attitude – a self-starter who can quickly build strong partnerships
- Proven experience in people management including setting goals, providing feedback and evaluating performance
- Superior planning, coordination and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- High degree of proficiency with technology
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team atmosphere
