Concrete is poured up to the 26th floor and windows are installed up to the 15th floor.
The Eglinton
Ground floor slab pour is complete and later this spring the building will start to come out of the ground.
365 Church
The crane removal is complete and we are preparing for first occupancies later this summer.
Harbour Plaza
The cranes were removed earlier this year and occupancies will begin this summer.
Humber Mews
This exciting townhouse project in Etobicoke is now occupied and complete.
The Enclaves of Upper Canada
The final homes in Phase 2 are under construction and occupancies start this spring through to summer in this enclave community in Georgetown. We look forward to welcoming more homeowners over the coming months.
Dwell City Towns
Phase 1 construction is progressing at a steady pace. Framing is well underway, and complete in a number of blocks. Windows are installed and exterior cladding is complete in some blocks, and some interior rough-ins have started.
Phase 2 construction is expected to begin this Fall.
Hometown Sharon Village
Site servicing is complete and preparations are underway for the start of construction this spring.
