Menkes Receives Two EnerQuality Awards Nominations

Menkes is pleased to announce that is has received 2 nominations for the 2016 EnerQuality awards:

• ENERGY STAR for New Homes Builder of the Year (Mid Volume)
• Best Green Marketing Campaign of the Year

The EnerQuality Awards recognize innovation in energy efficiency and green building in the housing industry. Menkes is being recognized as a finalist for The Enclaves of Upper Canada community currently under construction in Georgetown, Halton Hills. In an ongoing commitment to green homebuilding, Menkes is building their Enclaves of Upper Canada community in Georgetown to ENERGY STAR® standards and, in many cases, exceeding these standards.

The winners will be announced at the EQ Awards Gala on February 25, 2016.

The Enclaves of Upper Canada has 40’ homes available from the high $700’s, including a new release of lots backing onto the forest. There are also semi-linked homes still available from low $500’s.
