HOOPP Awards
Congratulations to the Menkes Teams at 4711 Yonge Street and Aerocentre for winning sustainability awards at the 6th Annual HOOPP LEAP Awards.
The LEAP (Leadership in Environmental Advancement Program) Awards were presented at HOOPP’s new home, One York Street, a LEED® Platinum mixed-use development built by Menkes, located in Toronto’s South Core financial district. The Hon. Glen Murray, formerly Ontario Minister of Environment and Climate Change, provided key remarks.
Menkes Wins BOMA International TOBY Award
As the proud recipient of the international TOBY Award in the Industrial Category for the Kennedy Matheson Industrial Complex, Menkes Property Management Services has been recognized for the highest quality in building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability standards, and training of building personnel. The TOBY Awards were presented at the BOMA International Conference in Nashville, TN, on June 27, 2017.
