4285 Mainway Achieves LEED Gold Certification

Menkes Developments is proud to announce that 4385 Mainway has achieved LEED Gold certification. This milestone represents the first LEED Gold certified industrial building delivered by Menkes’ Industrial Development & Construction Division, demonstrating the organization’s continued commitment to sustainability and responsible development.

Menkes previously share that the newly constructed industrial building located at 4385 Mainway in Burlington was 100% leased. The building features 115,000 square feet, 40’ clear heights and a modern design. Menkes has been developing new & highly functional industrial facilities across the GTA for over 60 years, specifically designed for a market that is starved for new mid-bay warehousing and distribution facilities. The successful lease-up emphasizes our reputation as a trusted leader in delivering and operating best-in-class industrial product across the GTA.
