Menkes Honoured at BILD Awards
Menkes was honoured to win 5 Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards, including three of the industry's most prestigious honours: Project of the Year-Mid/High-Rise for The Whitfield, the coveted People's Choice Award for The Whitfield, and Best New Community Planned/Under Development for Bravo. We’re Expanding: Menkes Whitby Business Park Grows Again
Menkes continues to grow its industrial footprint in Durham Region with Menkes Whitby Business Park — a modern development purpose-built for sophisticated industrial users. Following the December 2024 delivery of 1651 Stellar Drive (163,388 SF), Menkes is proud to announce the completion of its sister building (163,611 SF) in December 2025. Both buildings have attracted renowned multinational tenants, with remaining space available for lease.
Construction is underway on a third building — a 60,656 SF facility fully pre-leased to a global energy conglomerate, with substantial completion expected in Fall 2026. A fourth building is also in the planning stages, reflecting Menkes' long-term commitment to Whitby and its pride in transforming a vacant parcel of land into a thriving business community that brings new employers and jobs to Durham Region.
An Upgraded Tenant Experience at 4711 Yonge Street
Menkes is pleased to share that upgrades to the lobby and north entrance of 4711 Yonge Street have been completed. Improvements include a redesigned north entrance, a new coffee bar, and stylish and comfortable collaborative seating areas. The enhancements reflect Menkes’ ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all building occupants and visitors. We’re thrilled to have brought this elevated new vision to life.
320 Bay Street is 100% Leased
Menkes is thrilled to announce that 320 Bay Street in Toronto’s Financial District is the home of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, Computershare Inc., Propel Holdings, Cameron Stephens, and Jones Deslauriers, resulting in the building being 100% leased. Formerly known as the Canada Permanent Building, 320 Bay Street underwent a major restoration in 2021, improving the quality and service of the space while preserving the integrity of the structure’s history and architectural elements. This milestone marks another success for Menkes’ office portfolio and underscores the enduring demand for sustainable, high-performance workspaces in Toronto’s downtown core.
Bravo Reaches New Heights
Because life is always a celebration in South VMC, Bravo at Festival has reached another exciting milestone by surpassing the 25th floor and 50% structural completion. As the tower continues to take shape on the Vaughan skyline, exterior work has also begun to progress. Window installation is now underway, and the building envelope is progressing through the lower levels. Precast installation is advancing steadily, with several floors now complete, further defining the architectural character of the building. Want to see it for yourself? Check out our latest construction video. The first two towers – East and West – at Bravo launched in 2023 and were one of the GTA’s most successful pre-construction condo launches in 2023. Those towers are now 80% sold, and sales for the third and final tower in the project, the South Tower known as Encore, is selling now!
It's a Celebration: Introducing The Festival Club
The wait is finally over and Menkes is pleased to announce the soft opening of The Festival Club Shared Amenities. Spread out over 70,000 square feet, these mega-amenities are like an entire mini-city.
