Menkes was thrilled to welcome over 4,000 residents of Festival and Grand Festival into their new homes in South VMC. This monumental milestone belongs to every single team, partner, broker, and purchaser who trusted Menkes to deliver Canada’s Best-Selling Condominium Community. Menkes was pleased to share that the Company broke ground in a ceremony marking the start of construction at South Lake, an exclusive collection of thirty-seven elegantly designed detached homes in South Oakville’s highly sought-after Bronte West neighbourhood. This construction milestone is a significant step in redefining luxury living in one of the GTA’s most prestigious locations. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, South Lake residences showcase a range of timeless architectural designs while seamlessly blending superior craftsmanship with the charm of the well-established Lakeshore Woods community.

Menkes in partnership with the City of Toronto recently unveiled the 10,000m2 “Park in Progress” at Sugar Wharf, located at 50 Queens Quay East. In what would have been otherwise underutilized space, Menkes worked collaboratively with the City of Toronto and landscape architect O2 Planning & Design to create a “Park in Progress” – A public space that is open for community use while a long-term vision is developed for the permanent park. The new park features grass, meadows, trees, pathways, seating, pickleball courts, and an off-leash area for dogs. The final design of the permanent park is subject to a design competition and is scheduled for completion in 2030.

Menkes is thrilled to announce that 25 York Street in Toronto’s South Core has become the new home of Robinhood Canada, Co-operators Group, and the Ontario Hospitals Association, resulting in more than 200,000 square feet of prime office space being newly leased. 25 York Street is a landmark office tower, holding the all-time highest BOMA Best score on record globally for an office tower with a score of 100%. These exceptional additions to 25 York Street bring the building to 99% leased. This milestone marks another success for Menkes’ office portfolio and underscores the enduring demand for sustainable, high-performance workspaces in Toronto’s downtown core.

Menkes is pleased to share that upgrades to the lobby and north entrance of 4711 Yonge Street commenced over the summer. Improvements include a redesigned north entrance, a new coffee bar, and stylish and comfortable collaborative seating areas. The enhancements reflect Menkes’ ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all building occupants and visitors. We’re thrilled to be bringing this elevated new vision to life.

Menkes has been developing new & highly functional industrial facilities across the GTA for over 60 years, specifically designed for a market that is starved for new mid-bay warehousing and distribution facilities. The successful lease-up emphasizes our reputation as a trusted leader in delivering and operating best-in-class industrial product across the GTA.

Menkes is proud to deliver another state-of-the-art industrial building in Milton. Delivering in November 2025, 7472 Fifth Line is Menkes’ 4th building constructed in Milton over the past 5 years. Strategically located in one of the GTA’s most desirable logistical hubs, the building is currently 40% pre-leased, with 92,596 square feet of prime industrial space remaining. Menkes continues its commitment to sustainability excellence by seeking to achieve LEED certification in all its new industrial properties under construction, setting new standards for quality, efficiency, and performance across the GTA.

Earlier this fall, Menkes was pleased to attend the official public opening of Millway Avenue Linear Park at Mobilio in South VMC. The Millway Avenue Linear Park was designed to serve all residents and visitors of VMC featuring: an accessible playground, a custom basketball court with multiple rim heights for different age groups and skill levels, a gathering space with a shade structure and moveable seating, and open greenspace. This park marks the completion of Mobilio - Vaughan’s first mixed-density community featuring condos, townhomes, and vibrant park space all in one site. The new Millway Avenue Linear Park is now open to the public.

Because life is always a celebration in South VMC, Bravo at Festival has officially reached the 6th floor! We’re making our way up the East Tower at Bravo, a three-tower community consisting of 32, 41, and 51 storeys. The first two towers – East and West – at Bravo launched in 2023 and were one of the GTA’s most successful pre-construction condo launches in 2023. Those towers are now 80% sold, and sales for the third and final tower in the project, the South Tower known as Encore, is selling now!

 Menkes proudly took home an Ontario Home Builder’s Association (OHBA) award, with Adagio in Yorkville winning “Best Lobby Design.” The space features polished black marble with striking white veining, brushed brass arches, and plush velvet furnishings in soft rose and deep forest green. Overhead, sculptural lighting installations—resembling delicate ballerina tutus—add a touch of whimsy and artistry, casting a soft ambient glow throughout. The lobby’s pièce de résistance is an archival photograph of Volkoff dancers in mid-flight, enhanced with vibrant sweeps of colour that honour the ballet’s pioneering legacy while creating a modern, urban connection.

Menkes is proud to celebrate its 10-year partnership with The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation in support of life-saving cancer research, with this past season's $1.2 Million Dollar Bonus Prize at Adagio in Yorkville. One lucky winner got to call a fully furnished suite their new home, experiencing all of the premium amenities the boutique condominium has to offer, including a luxurious social and dining lounge with a catering kitchen, a fully-equipped fitness studio, a cozy co-working lounge, landscaped terraces with BBQ and fireplace lounges, and so much more.
